Feelings

What are emotions (feelings)? Read and talk about each one from the pictures with a family member. Can you think of a time you have felt some of these emotions?

Can you pretend that you are feeling each of them? What does your face look like when you feel each emotion? Is it only your face or do you do certain things with your body when angry (cross your arms, stomp you feet, etc), sad (slouch sholders), etc?
In your mind pick an emotion and see if a family member can guess what emotion you are pretending. Can you guess what they are feeling?
