Stretching

It is never a good idea to static stretch while the body is cold.  In order to warm the body for physical activity a good idea is to do a round of Dynamic stretching.  By performing Dynamic Stretches before any physical activity you are stretching and warming up the body at the same time making sure to prevent injury before and during physical activity.  The video below is a basic Dynamic Stretching sequence, but effective.  Static Stretching is recommended for cooling down after physical activity.  Look for other Dynamic Stretching videos to challenge yourself.
